HOW TO BID
Sorry, but we do not accept bids from overseas collectors.
Bidding methods
If you have a copy of the Auction catalogue you can use the bid form which is on the back page of the catalogue. Please note that our catalogue displays RESERVES and not ESTIMATES. Bids below RESERVE will not be entered.
Bidders new to us will be sent a pro-forma invoice and lots will be forwarded on receipt of a cheque for the appropriate amount.
Postage and Packing are charged at cost. This is a club auction and there is no VAT or Buyers Premium levied.
Postal bids are treated in the same way as room bids - and every effort will be made to buy lots at the minimum price to you. We never use your top bid as the opening bid to the room unless your top bid is one bid step higher than the second highest bid.
Payment must be by a cheque drawn in Sterling on an British bank account or in £ Sterling notes.
